Using the Universal Black Eye Pencil, apply a line along the top and bottom lash lines along the entire length. Move back and forth with the foam applicator to fade.

Draw your eyebrows and fill with the Eyebrow pencil from the roots of the eyebrow first thin spots of the eyebrow with short shaded stripes from bottom to top.

Then apply the eyebrow powder from top to bottom with the bevel of the eyebrow brush to make the eyebrow fuller and thicker. Then fade the product with the other side of the brush, the brush from the top of the root towards the tip.
